Assessment Centers

A process whereby candidate is assessed on his hard & soft skills which are critical to accomplish his role and responsibilites. Assessment centers thoroughly rates his subject knowledge, required skills to the position, his proven competences & capabilities as well hidden abilities. This also includes some times on character traits can be assessed through various psychometric and sociometric test methodologies. Specially trained assessors on the subject relevant to the position evaluate candidates against predetermined criteria. Assessment centers are used in selection for recruitment and promotion and in training and development, and aim to provide an organization with an assessment process that is consistent, free of prejudice and fair.
